The salon itself is beautiful and very stylish. All staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My stylist was especially kind and clearly tried his best throughout the appointment. I genuinely appreciated his effort and attitude.
I came in for a perm and a matching haircut. I have thin hair with a natural, very light wave. My starting conditions were challenging, as my hair had been dyed with a henna and indigo mix six weeks earlier. Because this binds strongly to the hair’s keratin, several test strands were done to find a strength that would reshape the hair without causing damage, which initially gave me confidence.
Unfortunately, the chosen strength did not work. My hair looked essentially the same as before. During styling, I was told the perm had not come out properly and that it could be redone immediately with a stronger solution. I declined, as I neither had another two hours nor felt comfortable putting my hair and scalp through another strong chemical treatment.
After styling, I had fewer curls than I normally achieve myself using styling products without any perm at all. It also became clear that curly or wavy hair styling and diffusing is not a strength of this salon.
One particularly negative experience was the hair washing. I honestly felt more like I was at a dog groomer than at a hair salon. My hair was vigorously scrubbed with shampoo and then roughly rubbed dry with a towel. This is something that urgently needs improvement, especially for fine, wavy, or curly hair.
In the end, I was not charged for the perm, only for a very minimal haircut, which I appreciate. I am genuinely sorry that I cannot write a more positive review, but based on my experience, this salon is unfortunately not suitable for curly or wavy hair, despite the beautiful space and kind staff.

This is a wonderful experience from start to finish! Care is lavished over the customer at every stage. The head spa is so relaxing! The products are of high quality and leave lasting results.
